First, I would like to thank the Board Members, Officers, and each and every member for their support in helping us grow.
I am deeply honored and humbled to have become part of a list of the most incredible past president’s who have lead this organization to become a beacon lighting the way to hope for those less fortunate then us.
Over the past 38 years to have seen how the members come together when someone is in need and to have been lucky enough to be part of the helping, words can not describe how it feels. I can only say that I still become overwhelmed with emotion when I look at the face of someone we have helped. Simply stated, Benevolence is not what we do. Benevolence is who we are. A dear friend recently told me if you have a dollar give fifty cents to someone who needs it more then you. Sharing is a wonderful gift called “The Semantics”.
Sharing provides such a terrific feeling and that feeling is the most wonderful gift you will ever receive. Nothing can lift you up or make you as proud as seeing how your sharing effects the people you reach out to.
I hope that I will, with everyone’s help, move forward and make the name of The Semantics more widely known through our communities.
A special thanks to our wives, husbands, children, grandchildren and all the individuals and company’s for their time and donations that have keep us moving forward.
