• The Annual 'Store party' at St. Mary's Hospital in Bayside, NY.

The Semantics holds its Annual Store Party at St. Mary's Hospital in Bayside, NY. We call it a Store because we set up tables all around the play room to make it look like a store so the children can pick out presents for mothers, fathers, and siblings to give out on Christmas day. The presents are donated and purchased by The Semantics. Each child picks a holiday card to give with the gift which is then wrapped by The Semantics.

• Softball Game at East Meadow Challengers.

Hot off the sports pages: The Semantics have lost to the East Meadow Challenger team for the 15th time in as many years.

• The annual Nassau County Challenger Tournament.

The Semantics co-sponsors this event in order to provide children who are physically or mentally challenged with the joy and benefits of playing Little League baseball in a wholesome, supervised environment.

• Passover Services in Brooklyn Developmental Disabilities Services Center
(Rabbi Dr. Solmon Wulliger)
We donate $1,000 plus toys, hats, etc. to Rabbi Dr. Solmon Wulliger.
