| Semantics Celebrate St. Patrick's Night |
Semantics St. Patrick's Night was a huge success. Held in the Holiday Inn JFK and with more than enough corned beef and cabbage, Semantics had its best St. Patrick's fund-raiser ever. Over $2500 raised was given to charity.The Semantics' aim is to give on a one to one basis to those less fortunate. "We try to help our aviation colleagues first", said Charles Santarelli. |

| • The Semantics Annual Irish Night. |
The Semantics annual Irish Night Celebration takes place in March. This well-attended and always popular event features traditional Irish entertainment and special guests who are honored for their contributions to The Semantics or to the local community. For example, in 2007, Queens City Councilman Joseph Addabbo was honored and guests were treated to a special visit from the Donny Golden Irish Dancers. All proceeds from this event benefit the needy.

| • The Semantics Annual Golf Outing Fund Raiser At Swan Lake Golf Club In Manorville, NY. |
Each and every year The Semantics ensures the entire day goes off without a hitch, and at the end of the evening, everyone leaves with a smile on his/her face. Wether you participate by attending the outing, sponsoring a hole or making a donation to this event, The Semantics greatly appreciates your support. The funds raised are slated for the many holiday events, The Semantics undertakes each year.

The Semantics fishing trip is held every June. The food and company are always great and, even if the weather isn’t, everyone has a terrific time.

| • Freight Forwarders, Truckers, Containers Station Brokers Night. |
On Thursday, June 22nd 2006. The Semantics raised $13,000 at a benefit for the family of Daniel Allegro who unexpectedly passed away due to complications from an insect bite. Daniel was a loving husband & dedicated father of 3 boys all under the age of 8. The Semantics chose this deserving family to be the recipient of our Annual One on One Benefit that was held at at Carosello Restaurant, Crossway Blvd. Howard Beach, NY.

All non-members who helped with projects during the preceding year are honored at this event, traditionally held in February.
